Lisa MacKenzie is the founder and president of Mackenzie Marketing Group (MMG). Lisa’s insights, passion and business acumen are the marks of her 25-year career in communications. From strategizing with large corporations—IBM, HP, Pixar and Microsoft to name a few—to consulting numerous start-ups, Lisa has strengthened countless businesses’ marketing and public relations programs and created stronger brands. Since forming her own marketing agency in 1995, Lisa and her team have worked with a broad range of clients, including those in the consumer, technology, high-tech, health and banking industries. Very much a strategist at heart, Lisa is always thinking of how to improve her clients’ communications and establish them as leaders in the marketplace. Lisa is a graduate of University of Oregon and often teaches as a guest speaker at the UO MBA program.

Mack Jenks is a senior consultant for MMG. Mack’s extensive experience as a consumer products marketing executive helping to bring brand share, build brand equity, and generating incremental sales. He has deep consumer communications experience utilizing CRM, Promotions, and strategic partnerships. Mack’s brand leadership has helped grow such iconic brands as Gerber, Yoplait, Betty Crocker, Wheaties and Cheerios. Prior to Mackenzie Marketing Mack championed Change Management for Nestle GLOBE (Global Business Excellence) resulting in one of the most successful business integrations in Nestle history incorporating Gerber into Nestle systems and processes. (2007-2010). Mack is a graduate from University of Oregon.

Debra Weekley’s career in Advertising and Marketing started in New York City at Saatchi & Saatchi, blossomed on the opposite coast at Wieden + Kennedy and Nike. After serving as an Account Manager and a key architect of Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign at W+K, Deb ultimately found herself at Nike focusing on Retail Marketing and Talent Acquisition. The switch was due to her adrenaline-junkie need to change her game and satisfy her passion for career/team development. Fresh off of retirement from Nike and armed with a burning desire to share company/team building/change management skills with the Creative, Retail and Entrepreneurial Communities, Deb is now focusing on a consultancy based on select projects that build brands and teams, while bringing her back to her creative roots in companies that create products, movements, campaigns, communities and productive/inspired individuals.

Kelly Stremel Kelly has more than 15 years of experience working in both agencies and within corporations. Her in-the-trenches work has spanned launching products, crisis communications, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing large-scale projects, and working hand-in-hand with the press. Her experience ranges from the largest, global Microsoft Corp. to the smallest pre-IPO start-up, each with important stories to tell. Her experience ranges from consumer technology, digital media, software applications, gaming, and healthcare. Kelly is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and also holds a M.S. in Mass Communications, San Jose State University.

Elaine Harris excelled in varied leadership positions at DuPont and AlliedSignal / Honeywell and her skill as an engineer provides a framework for analyzing business situations and problem solving. She offers practical experience in product and market development, market research, strategic planning and application of Six Sigma tools and methodologies to sales and marketing – driving business growth. Elaine is a graduate of MIT and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
